For Valentine's Day (today), I brought in Vegan Cherry Chip Cookies to my work to sell. I thought the pink of the batter with the red of the maraschino cherries looked very festive! I will be anxious to see if any sold when I go in for my shift tomorrow evening.
These are so adorable! And I bet scrumptious to boot. Love the hint of red from the cherries, really make them festive indeed.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Yep, they were a hit! I want to make a Creme de Menthe cookie to sell at work for St. Patrick's Day but I can't decide if the alcohol ingredient would be frowned upon. What do you think?
