I guess I will just start Roman numeral-ing my lunches, like I did here. It's easier than trying to think of a "fun" title every time.
Here are my Flat Top Grill leftovers of brown rice, broccoli, edamame and tofu, stir-fried in Flat Top's own "Spicy Chili," "Wild Mushroom" and "Vietnamese Soy" sauces. I didn't have a whole lot of leftovers so I amped it up with two more portobellos, which I marinated for a bit, and some more broccoli...perhaps too much more, in retrospect. My stomach was wonked out the whole day and I think a combination of quantity and not-cooked-enoughness is what did me in.
