Yummmm. I let them dehydrate a bit longer than what was suggested because I like a crunchier shell.

Fun With My Dehydrator
I am so, so excited to start making more things using my dehydrator. It's just about the coolest thing ever. Yesterday I made falafel patties! They turned out divine, in my humble opinion. I plan on tucking a few of those babies in a collard green for lunch, with a schmear of hummus and, most likely, hot sauce as well.
Tonight I have a dinner in mind that involves using my dehydrator so stay tuned to see how it turns out!
