Sorry :(

I apologize that I neglected my blog yesterday.  Rest assured, though, that I DID eat and I DID take pictures.

Along with my hummus, I made this really tasty ranch/caesar dressing using almonds, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, canola oil, garlic, thyme, sage, cumin, salt and pepper.  It was scrumptious!  My food processor and I are really starting to form a close relationship.  Here is my handiwork:

For lunch I had a collard green wrap...again.  I just think those huge leaves are the coolest and I love that I can wrap them WITHOUT them ripping.  I actually quite like the taste of the greens too.
