Soooooo I wasn't too sure about these (I apologize for the stove lighting--that did not do much to help their already questionable appearance) but I had my mom take a bite and she really liked them! Like, really liked them...except she said the Stevia had an odd aftertaste.
I am going to make another batch this afternoon but make a few tweaks and hopefully I'll have a hit!
