Breakfast Ideas!

I am a TOTAL breakfast person.  I tried coconut oil on my Ezekial Sprouted Grain Muffin this morning and it was magical.

So when I found this, I knew I had to try it, and I will be.  Thanks, Urban Vegan, for sharing :)
