Cucumber Noodles with Heirloom Orange-Mango Sauce

This meal was perfect for a hot, humid day like today.  Refreshing, cool, citrus-y.  It looks very warm-weather-y too.

I paired it with an arugala and sun-dried tomato salad.

Everything hit the spot!
