Raw Desserts Workshop

I have not fallen off the face of the Earth, I promise!  I was busy prepping for my raw desserts workshop these past few days and then the weekend just got away from me!  The workshop went really well though--17 people attended!--and people have been asking me when my next workshop is going to be.  I've been getting requests for everything from an appetizer-themed workshop to a salad-themed workshop.  I'm going to have to start brainstorming!

  1. Yay!!!! Congrats on the workshop, it sounds like it was a lot of fun and really informative. The recipes look so delicious, those brownies, yum!!!! Banana soft serve is such a delicious treat, I'm sure you blew some minds with that one :) It's so easy but is such a delicious treat. Love all of the pics!

  2. Aww, thank you Sarah! I've been getting a lot of requests for another one and, from the high I got from the first, I'm going to definitely do it! I'm actually thinking of doing a workshop called "Quintessential Quinoa" where I teach students how to make an array of dishes using quinoa as the star ingredient! What do you think?

    1. I love it!! I think quinoa is such an amazing ingredient and there are so many ways to use it! Such a great idea!
